Now and then in everyone's life there are moments when we have
more questions than answers.
Sometimes stresses
and burdens of day-to-day life begin to take a toll.
There are also times in
which traumatic events leave us wondering what to do next to and where to turn.
It is at these moments that seeking individual therapy can be extremely helpful.
Most people have the internal
resources to contend with and overcome life’s challenges large and small.
However, many
people are not aware of how to mobilize themselves and
their resources.
One way to view individual therapy is to consider it to be a
collaborative effort in which an individual gains a unique vantage point from
which they can see their life situation anew and gain a different perspective.
Then we begin to find the solutions and gain
momentum once again.
