Anxiety and Depression
Most of us are anxious on a daily basis about something. Our lives are filled with stressful situations that we must navigate around. Some of us thrive in this environment. For those who don’t, frequent anxiety can bring about depression. Training the brainwaves to handle multiple levels of stress can eliminate the need for us to be anxious and therein depressed. Handling stress can be done easier than taking pills, eating more food, exercizing constantly. When the brain finds a more efficient way of handling high stress situations, people, places, it automatically defaults to that mode. We show it how to be more efficient…and effective.
What we find in dealing with children and adults, with anxiety and depression, is that after an evaluation that includes qEEG (quantitative electroencephalogram), there are patterns of brainwaves established in the brain that need to be re-established in a more appropriate and efficient manner. This is done through neurofeedback and sensory reintegration. The results are amazing. Lives change because symptoms subside after the brain has a chance to find a better way to process information, mentally and physically.
